Mateo Messin was born 1972 in Seattle, Washington, United Statesis. Hollywood based composer currently writing music for films & television. His inimitable style of songwriting and composition has earned him accolades within the recording industry (ASCAP, NARIS, BAFTA). Recently, he took home 2 Best Score awards; The Festival Tous Courts in France and The One reel Film festival in the US. As well he won a Grammy for his work on the Juno soundtrack, for which he was the composer of the film.
