Sanubar Isgandarli was born in Baku in 1960. In 2002 she was awarded the Honorary Artist of the Republic of Azerbaijan. May 9, 2012 was awarded the Presidential Award. She was awarded the "Business Lady of the Year" by the Women's and Child Problems Research Public Union for her contribution to the culture and art of Azerbaijan.
