Can Arca - is a Turkish director and screenwriter. He was born in 1968 in Istanbul. He graduated from Galatasaray High School. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the University of Mediterranean. Although he worked as a civil engineer, in 1996 he founded Ares Media and Ares Dubbing Studio. At that time, he was filming a series for a private television channel called Elif's Diary. He runs a television program called Little Chef. In 2010, he left Ares Media and founded Arca Media. In 2013, he directed the feature film Neva. He loves animals very much. Therefore, in 2016, he studied veterinary medicine. Owns a Dirty Pati store.

He is better known for his work on "Neva" (2013), "Sinyora Enrica ile Italyan Olmak" (2010). According to Internet Movie Database he had total of 1 credit as a director and writer.
