Benny Chan Muk-Sing (born in Hong Kong, 7 October 1961), is a Hong Kong film director, producer and screenwriter He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and was nominated for "Best Director" at the 24th Annual Hong Kong Film Awards for the film New Police Story.
